Suggestion?
Hi guys. What's everybody think about singing Blackbird? (by the Beatles, if you didn't know) I've got about 285,602 pieces of music from when I sang at Peabody and I'm going to give some of them to Alain. I think it'd be pretty. Also, what's that song that Janet Jackson sang about AIDS? I think she sang it with Boyz II Men about 10 years ago. That would be nice. ^_^ That is all. Carry on! ~Jaime

jaime - i love that song! it would be tight to do. plus i think it would be good to keep a beatles song in the repertoire. i'm totally game! :)

Ooh, sounds like an idea! I'm actually not a huge fan of the original song, but I've heard it done a cappella and it sounds much nicer.
Way to go Jaime for being the first person to post on the Blog (I dont count)!

I am deeply offended by the receptance of this suggestion. Have all of you forgotten this much? Don't any of you remember that night in the chapel? and the connotation that beatles songs have for the group? I'm deeply offended that there is nothing on this website about Tom Turner and even more so--nothing about last year. No, I don't really care if my face is absent. No I don't really care if last year's pictures or whatever are absent, but you have the nerve to put an empty label up there. EMPTY. If you don't have anything yet, then don't put it up! But more importantly, WHY is it empty? Have you forgotten all of last year? Have you forgotten our friend Tom? I am ashamed for you kel, and for everyone else who can even consider doing this song. I'm not trying to stand in the way of progress, I'm not trying to hold back the group--I'm trying not to lose my friend in the lull of everyday life, in the LULL that is your mind. I will never forget him. I am ashamed that is has been so easy for all of you.
